Nutrition Services
-
Our school cafeterias and the caring employees who work in them play a critical role in the educational process by providing nutritious, savory and presentable meals for children. They courteously serve students hot meals and handle payment. As trained, certified food service professionals, they are in charge of keeping the cafeteria clean and sanitary.
Many times the meals that students receive at school are the best or only meals they will get each day. Without food, they cannot learn. Research shows good nutrition enables students to meet their educational and physical potential.
Cooks, servers, clerks and delivery drivers all work hard to cut costs and maintain efficient, safe and healthy food service programs, serving menus that meet or exceed federal targets for important vitamins and nutrients.to view current Nutrition Services openings and start an application.
