The Capital Projects and Maintenance Departments serve approximately 23,600 students and over 3,000 staff members across 35 District sites in the Phoenix metropolitan area. The District’s facilities consist of 263 buildings totaling over 2.9 million square feet across 469 acres of land. Capital Projects is responsible for the projection, planning, implementation and management of all construction projects. The Maintenance team is responsible for the planning and implementation of all maintenance, preventative maintenance, grounds and custodial services for all District facilities.
