All families of athletes must be informed that with participation in athletics comes the potential for Mild Traumatic Brain Injury (MTBI). Attached are pages provided by the CDC explaining what concussions are, how to spot a concussion, and advice on what to do if a guardian believes their athlete has a concussion.
In order to participate in Â鶹Íø Athletics, parents/guardians are asked to read the CDC Information pages and sign the Acknowledgement Form that they have read those CDC Information pages.

Â鶹Íø Athletics Code of Conduct Agreement
Â鶹Íø Athletics Code of Conduct Agreement - English
Â鶹Íø Athletics Code of Conduct Agreement - Spanish
All athletes and spectators are expected to agree to the terms of conduct for athletic competitions.
Â鶹Íø schools are committed to maintaining and improving high standards of conduct during athletic competitions. Please keep in mind that we sponsor elementary and middle school level competitions, and therefore, still consider our events to be a developmental setting, with the focus on learning the fundamentals and personal conduct associated with each sport.
All spectators, coaches, and players, no matter their personal feelings of loyalty, should reflect an attitude of sportsmanship. To that effect, we ask everyone to support the best our developing athletes have to offer, and not to provide distractions or disruptions, with the intent of influencing, in a negative way, the efforts of these developing athletes.

Tax Credit Form
A tax credit is a simple way to help students while providing a dollar-for-dollar tax deduction for your family. The gift of tax credit dollars helps many students every year. Equipment, uniforms, coaches, and user fees for those who cannot afford to pay can be paid through tax credit dollars. We appreciate contributions to your local school so they can build robust sports offerings.
