? Special Education meetings - Nine trained and approved Level II translators for Spanish, Arabic & Vietnamese are utilized for Special Education meetings such as 504, TAPs, IEPs, METs, and suspension meetings.

Written documents - Proofreading and Translation (e.g: e-news, board meeting agenda, school newsletters, Prior Written Notice (PWN), staff communication with the families, ASA newsletters, Family Links, advisories, medical and health record of students within country including birth certificates and vaccinations of newcomers from other Spanish speaking countries like Cuba, Mexico, Venezuela, Search to Serve etc.)
? Phone calls - to connect and communicate between Â鶹Íø families and staff
? Language Line - utilized for languages that Â鶹Íø does not have a translator for
